So I know I've said it a billion times... that I'm going to get back to the 'points' and start watching what I'm eating to just finish this shit off and get down to my goal weight... which isnt THAT far out of reach... but still far enough to make me get my ass in gear.
So tonight I went to the foodstore and labeled everything I bought with their points value when I got home. I made 4 salads for the week to bring with lunch. I cut up strawberries and put them in litter containers for the rest of the week.
Here's whats on the menu for tomorrow (I know youre SO excited to hear abut this hahaha):
Breakfast
- small light n fit yogurt (1 point), cut up strawberries (1 point)
Lunch
- turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat with mustard and pickles (6 points)
- small salad (1 point - damn crutons arent free haha)
- small apple (1 point)
Snack
8 reduced fat nilla waffers (2 points)
That brings me to a total of 12 points... and I get 22 for the day. So I have 10 for dinner. I'm also hoping if it's nice when I get home tomorrow to ride a little. Especially since I've decied that I'm going to ride to work on Wednesday. Eekads! We'll see how that goes, but its supposed to be like 65 degrees out or something.
Ohh and I did take pictures this weekend but I'm slow and am having issues uploading them to my site... but hopefully I'll get it working in a bit.
