So I just made my lunch for tomorrow... want to know what I have??? Cause I'm way too excited about it..
Well for breakfast I have a clemintine, strawberries and a yogurt (Raspberry Dannon Light n Fit to be exact). So that's exciting. Then for lunch tomorrow I have a peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat bread, a green apple, a clemitine, a mini side salad AND a fat free snack pack (vanilla and chocolate swirl pudding). And Good lord I couldn't be more excited about it. And its all weight watchers friendly. See.. if I really wanted to I could get back on that diet NO problems. Its just a matter of going to the food store for produce all the time. Because all that comes to .... 12 points. So I'd still have 10 left for dinner. And come on... thats plenty of food for anyone!
And I was all quite impressed with myself tonight because I made a well ballanced meal for dinner. I bought talapia at Wegmans. It was had this light breading on it - just bread crumbs and dijon mustard. So I baked that in the oven straight up, made a little salad and brocolli and there it was! A meal with veggies and everything.
And let me tell you I've just been suzie homemaker tonight. I was going to make muffins, but the bitches upstairs borrowed our muffin pans like 4 weeks ago and havent returned them yet. I went up to get them but they didn't answer the door. But I did make dinner, my lunch, did some laundry, did all the dishes, cleaned up my room, and went to the food store. So I mean, ok maybe not SUZIE homemaker... but I've been productive. And that makes me happy.
Now I'm gonna go watch Surviver and unpack from Boston and pack for Havertown (as that's where I'll be heading tomorrow after work). I have a Drs appt at 9:30am on Saturday. Good times Good times.
